Order Processing & Lead Time

Most orders require a standard lead time of 3–4 weeks before shipment. This lead time reflects product availability, order processing, and fulfillment preparation.

In some cases, certain products may ship sooner or require additional time. If your order is expected to take significantly longer than the stated lead time, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include the 3–4 week lead time and reflect transit time only once the order has shipped. Transit times vary based on shipping method, destination, and carrier performance, and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

If international shipping is offered, it will be clearly indicated at checkout and may be subject to additional fees, duties, or restrictions.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control once the order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a resolution or carrier claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.
